Refund Policy

The Search Specialists maintains a fair and straight forward refund policy.

Website Design

For website design services, the buyer has 3 days to cancel after the work begins for a full refund. While this generally never happens, there may be a point when a client decides that they want a different website. We’ll be happy to work on another concept or design with our clients. Once the website is delivered, generally all sales are final. If there are website errors or problems, The Search Specialists will fix this problems or errors to the client’s satisfaction as per our agreement (written or oral).

Marketing Services

For marketing services, the buyer has 3 days to cancel after work begins for a full refund. Once services are completed or in place (Search Engine Optimization, Consulting, Paid Advertising), all sales are final. While this generally never happens, there may be a point when a client decides that they want modifications or changes of keyword(s) or ad creatives.. We’ll be happy to work on another keyword or ad concept with our clients to help achieve alternate or more desirable results. If there are marketing/targeting errors, The Search Specialists will fix this problems or errors to the client’s satisfaction as per our agreement (written or oral).
